End of April again. This is the time where me and my colleagues are waiting for a good news from our management. Yes, bonus and increment. Last year we have been given the highest bonus compared to previous two years. Followed by one month bonus in December 2014 to cover the expenses for childrens and school fees.
So, what should we expect in 2015? Normally executive level will receive a bonus payment that is equivalent to three months salary at least. As we have received one month salary as our bonus at the end of 2015, i think we can easily calculate the bonus payment for executive. Three months minus one month equal to two months... yeah two months bonus.
However we need to remember that there might be a minor changes on our allowances and salary. Why? As our company merged the management is trying to standardised the salaries and the packages to all employee. So, let's think positive and expect some increment in our salary and allowances.
As a muslim, lets pray for the best. We still have to thank to Allah fo what ever we will received later.
